Quest Camp!

The girls had the best time this week with their grandparents at Quest Camp! Lydia was in the studio art track, and Anna Kate was in food art. They both loved it!

Since our girls were in Chattanooga, Joel and I went on a little date…with our boys. Delicious Delia’s!

 

Cookout!

The girls are staying with Joel’s parents this week in Chattanooga so they can go to their VBS. But yesterday was Lydia’s birthday, so we met them in Hixson for dinner at Cookout. It was fun and delicious! Anna Kate was in rare form…I think she must be loving Quest Camp! I’m so glad!

Happy 10th birthday (again) Lydia!!!

 

Happy 10th Birthday!

We went to Waffle House (Lydia’s choice) to celebrate. Then she got to open presents from us. Anna Kate made her a card with tiny gifts wrapped up inside. She got tootsie rolls, bracelets, and coins. Very sweet! We gave her a message board, American Girls doll books, a journal, a mailbox for the playhouse, and a dainty necklace with ten pearls. 

My baby girl is 10 years old today!!! Lydia is kind, thoughtful, sweet, loving, hard working, tender hearted, and full of fun! She makes me proud! Being her momma brings me pure joy!
