Happy Days!

The girls (and Steven) like to play school while Jess and I go on a walk at the end of the day. Lydia’s getting some good teaching practice in. Ha 

Benjamin’s first pre-k work. So cute!

Steven has three more loose teeth! I panicked and had to take several pictures, so I can remember his sweet baby teeth. (Not that I don’t already have thousands. Haha!)

Anna Kate’s friend came over to play after school, and the girls made chocolate pies. Delish!

I love it when Benjamin laughs! He is so dang cute!!!

So there ya have it. It’s been a good week. Things are about to get crazy around here when Benjamin starts going to school every day, Steven starts soccer, Anna Kate starts tumbling, Lydia has football games to play at, and Awana and youth group start back up! Oh and I start getting students, haven’t don’t that yet either. Ahhhh!!! It’ll all be good, just busy. But for now, it’s time to enjoy a nice, slow weekend. 

Steven Lost a Tooth!

It hadn’t even been loose! He said it fell out when he was eating lunch. Then we all got to sit together at the first pep rally. That was fun! Except Lydia…she was playing the clarinet.

Benjamin’s First Day!

Benjamin has been enjoying an extended summer, getting to spend extra time with Gramma, Buzz, Laurel, and Micah! He’s been living it up!

But his first day of pre-k finally came along!

He was so excited!

His siblings were just a wee bit excited to have him at school with them! They were fighting over who got to hold his hands. Looks like the girls won out.

He was so brave! Something I truly appreciate! Makes it so much easier on the momma! 

He had a blast! So thankful for our school, his teachers, and for my sweet little Benjamin!
 

90’s ESL!

We were asked to do a 90’s JCPenney inspired photo shoot with our team at school. I guess for some group bonding. So here are our results. Haha!

I asked chat gpt to make our background better, and it totally changed our faces! So funny!

First Day of School!

We celebrated at a new ice cream shop after school. Benjamin will be joining us at school tomorrow!

We’re all at school together this year!

Benjamin is going to pre-k! His classroom is a wonderland of fun! I think he’s going to love it!

5th grade for Anna Kate! I thought Lydia was SO old when she was in 5th. Now it doesn’t seem so bad. 

Now, 8th grade. That’s OLD! I get sad already thinking about her leaving us for the high school. Ahhhh! Here’s to hoping this year goes by nice and slooooow.

Sweatbees for life! My kids aren’t fans of that saying.  Wings up! Haha!
