Sick Sisters!

My girls have been sick for what seems like forever...almost a week!  They have both had runny noses and coughs, and Anna has three big teeth coming in on the top, which hasn't helped anything.  Let's just say it's been a rough week around here.
Anna Kate seems almost healed, and we are 1/3 of the way done with those teeth coming through.  Lydia took a turn for the worse yesterday.  She started crying and coughing uncontrollably and telling me that her left ear was hurting, so I finally broke down and took her to my old childhood doctor, Dr. Nelson.  Turns out she did have an ear infection and got prescribed some delicious bubble gum flavored medicine.  I sure hope my sweet girls are back to 100% soon!

Flashback to Halloween!

I realized I never posted these, so here's a little flashback for ya!
Joel's parents came to the camp fall festival and took Lydia around to all the games.

It was fun to have the Traceys there with us too!
Lydia got her hand painted.
She didn't quite know what to think of that.
And here are all the Gibson cousins, minus Sarah's three cute kiddos in Michigan.
Now back to Christmas crafting and decorating I go!

Purple Day!

I found these overalls at Moms for Moms, and Anna was so cute when I put them on that a mini photo shoot was required!

I have been getting lots of packages lately full of Christmas presents, and Lydia has been loving playing with them!  This day, she worked on building her "rocket" for over an hour straight!  The back seat was built for Josiah.  She is In love with that boy.  :)
When Anna woke up from her nap, she was chewing on the railing, so Lydia thought it'd be funny to join in.  Anna recently sprouted her third tooth, by the way!
Sisters!
My cute, sweet baby!

Fall Stroll!

Several weeks ago, we took the cousins on a fall stroll/scavenger hunt while the boys were out of school.

Eleonora is a jokester too...wonder where she gets it!? :)

We had a wonderful fall and lots of fun at our Thanksgiving festivities!  Now on to Christmas!  We got down our Christmas decorations and bought our tree yesterday.  It's not decorated yet, but it smells SO good!  I'm so excited about Christmas with my girls...Anna Kate's first and Lydia's fourth!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for my family!  I'm also thankful that both sides of our family are nearby, so we get to celebrate with (almost) everyone three days in a row!  So thankful my girls get to be a part of two wonderful families!
