Lydia’s math teacher, Mrs. Brewer. She went to Soddy Daisy High!
During the ceremony, Lydia got to stand for being in the top ten and also for the Presidential Honors Award (or something like that. Ha!) That means she had all A’s and scored high on the TCAP from 4th-8th grade.
She also received the Band Director’s Award. She loves band, whether she’ll admit it or not!
And then she won the Young Writer’s Award. That was a shock! Didn’t see that one coming. She is good at writing, but I think maybe it has more to do with being the teacher’s pet. Ha! Either way, so proud of her for being chosen for that award!
