January Snow!

We got six inches of snow last night!

We've been sledding, puzzling, relaxing, and having an all-around great time!!!

Fall Creek Falls Adventure!

We went on our anual trip to Fall Creek Falls after Christmas this year.

One day we went on a hiking adventure out of the park.

I have no idea where we were.  Sorry!

We found a small cave, crawlded in, and realized there was a hole above us!

Joel climbed to the top and took our picture!

Heather found these awesome all-natural opra glasses!

During our hike, we stumbled upon the remains of an old homestead!

Then we got to the real adventury part of our adventure:

a cave of wonder!!!

We borrowed them from Josiah & Caleb!

A new tradition!

                                                Heather told me she was going to get me an ornament for Christmas.
                                                               I never would have guessed that it would be a pickle!

Apparently you are supposed to hide it in your tree each year.

Whoever finds it first gets a special surprise.

I'm not sure how this will work with just Joel and me playing,

but maybe it will be a good time in the future?!

We hung balls with thread!  (obviously)

I think next year I might try hanging them with ribbon.

Family Talent Show!

Thanks to Chris's bright idea, our family had a talent show this Christmas.

It was quite entertaining!
