Eleonora’s Ears!

We got to go on a fun outing with Eleonora to watch her get her ears pierced. It was quite exciting! Then we celebrated her birthday at Olive Garden. Fun fun!

Valentine’s Day!

We had a special Valentine’s Day dinner. 

                        And a fancy, fun dessert!

The girls got carnations at school. Anna Kate got flowers from two boys in her class. We were giving her a hard time about it, and she said, “well I AM the cutest girl in my class!” Oh my!

We gave Benjamin a box of chocolates, and he downed all five pieces  in seconds!

The kids played in the playhouse while I got dinner ready. That was nice!

We had a breakfast casserole and heart shaped bacon. 

We went around the table and all said things we love about each other, one person at a time. Lydia and I both cried! Haha We’re just a wee bit emotional. 

It was a lovely day of love!

Aunt Faye’s 95th!

We got to celebrate Aunt Faye’s 95th birthday in Kingsport this weekend!

She is an amazing lady!

We also got to spend time with Grandmother, which is always a joy!

Joel and Benjamin stayed home sick, so I braved a hotel and driving all by myself! Pretty proud. Haha!

100th Day!

The girls celebrated 100 days of school this week!

Thankfully, they still fit into last year’s shirts. 

Anna Kate made it to 100 Accelerated Reader points on the 100th day. That was a fun little coincidence. That means she got about a point every day, which, for those interested, means she read and tested on about two picture books a day or an easy chapter book. 

They had a fun day!
