The kids enjoy making hobo stew for dinner occasionally. Steven even chops his own veggies. Anna Kate cuts everything up super small…takes forever! Then she makes meatballs and puts veggies in the middle. Lydia happened to be at Caroline’s house the night these pictures were taken, in case you were wondering why she isn’t pictured. Anyways, it’s a delicious, easy meal. You should try it out!
