We saw a bald eagle this morning at the walking track!!! Heather didn’t believe me until she laid eyes on it herself! I screamed with delight! What a thrill!
Yesterday after story hour, we drove through McDonald’s and then went and ate by some ducks. The boys currently split a four piece happy meal, which is pretty funny. I’m guessing that won’t last long. We fed the ducks the bottom half of my bun. They loved it, of course. And there were four baby ducks that were fun to watch.
Oh and we also saw a great blue heron with a fish in his beak. Then he swallowed it, and we got to watch it flop around all the way down.
Lots of bird excitement lately!
